Code of Ethics Certified Tax Consultant
As a Certified Tax Consultant, I agree to abide faithfully by the following
Professional Certification Institute Code of Ethics for my attaining and
maintaining my status as a Certified Tax Consultant.
At all times, I will:
1. Always educate, advise, and/or assist my clients in doing ONLY lawful
tax planning (“legal tax avoidance”).
2. Never educate, advise, and/or assist my clients in the commission of
illegal tax planning (“tax evasion”).
3. Prepare and file tax returns that are truthful, honest, and in full
compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, rulings, and court
decisions.
4. Never ask or receive moneys or investments from clients except in payment
for professional services rendered.
5. Never take advantage of my clients financially or otherwise.
